UP AYUSH - Uttar Pradesh AYUSH Counselling

UP AYUSH counselling 2020 has started on November 26, 2020. UP AYUSH counselling will start the second round counselling registration from December 22, 2020. The conducting body has previously announced the first round counselling result on December 14, 2020. UP AYUSH counselling's second round is scheduled to be held from December 31, 2020.

UP AYUSH counselling 2020 is conducted to facilitate admissions to AYUSH courses across government/private AYUSH colleges offering BAMS, BUMS, BSMS and BHMS programmes in Uttar Pradesh state. Directorate General of Medical Education and Training, Uttar Pradesh is the conducting body of UP AYUSH counselling 2020.  There are 689 seats for BAMS, 505 seats for BUMS and 400 seats for BHMS across various Ayurveda, Unani and Homeopath colleges in Uttar Pradesh.

UP AYUSH Counselling 2020 Eligibility

To participate in the counselling of AYUSH UG course, a candidate has to meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Candidate should have qualified NEET 2020
• Aspirant should be at least 17 years old as on December 21, 2020
• Candidate must have passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as subjects

UP AYUSH Counselling 2020 Process

Registration: Candidates have to register themselves and apply for the UP AYUSH counselling 2020. Candidates have to deposit a fee of Rs 1,000 to register for UP AYUSH counselling. The fee has to be paid online using debit or credit cards.

Choice Filling:  In this step candidates have to choose the courses and colleges of their choice. Candidates have to lock their choices on the online portal.

Seat Allotment: On the basis of available vacant seats and candidate’s choices, the seat allotment will be published online

Reporting to the Allotted College: Shortlisted candidates have to report to the allotted college to finish the admission formalities.

Candidates who were not able to register themselves for the first round can register and apply for the UP AYUSH counselling 2020 round two. For the second round candidates have to choose colleges again. The shortlisted candidates have to follow the same process as followed in the first round of counselling.

What After UP AYUSH Counselling 2020 Round Two?

After the conclusion of the second round of UP AYUSH counselling 2020, the conducting body will conduct a mop-up round to fill all the vacant seats of all the participating institutes left after the first and second round of UP AYUSH counselling.

• NEET UG 2020 admit card and result/scorecard.
• UP state domicile certificate (for UP candidate only).
